Platform rules

Terms of Use

These terms explain the responsibilities that apply when you use Card Bazar to collect, sell, buy, bid, post, or message.

Effective July 29, 2026.

Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for your account, profile information, and activity performed through your authenticated session.

  • Provide accurate identity, contact, address, and seller information where the service requires it.
  • Protect your password and device, and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
  • Use the service only when you can lawfully enter the relevant transaction; a guardian must supervise minors where required.

Marketplace listings

Sellers must describe each item honestly, and buyers must review the exact printing, condition, quantity, price, and fulfillment terms before ordering.

  • Do not list counterfeit, stolen, prohibited, or unlawfully obtained items.
  • Use clear photos and disclose damage, alterations, language, edition, and other material details.
  • Keep quantity and availability current, and do not sell an item that is already reserved or unavailable.

Auctions and bids

A confirmed bid is an intentional offer to buy at that amount. Review the auction, bid increment, timer, and item details before bidding.

  • Do not place bids you do not intend or are not able to honor.
  • Do not manipulate prices, coordinate fake bids, automate abusive bidding, or interfere with another participant.
  • The saved database result determines the winning bid and final auction state when timers or devices disagree.

Manual payments, orders, and delivery

Card Bazar may record payment proof, order status, platform fees, delivery confirmation, disputes, and seller payout history. Manual review does not guarantee the conduct of another user.

  • Upload only genuine proof for the exact order and amount, and never alter a receipt.
  • Never share a bank PIN, card PIN, one-time password, recovery code, or full authentication secret.
  • Keep the order ID, payment proof, shipping evidence, and messages until the transaction is completed or resolved.

Community and messaging

Community posts, replies, reactions, and private messages must be lawful, relevant, and respectful.

  • Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, or target another user.
  • Do not publish private contact, payment, identity, or address information without permission.
  • Post only content and images you are allowed to use, and respect intellectual-property rights.

Moderation and enforcement

Card Bazar may review reports, limit visibility, remove content, pause transactions, warn users, restrict roles, or suspend accounts to protect users and the platform. Serious fraud or safety concerns may be referred to the appropriate authorities.

Service availability and changes

Features may be changed, paused, or unavailable during maintenance or beta testing. Live auction, payment, and realtime data should always be confirmed from the latest saved state.

Questions and support

Use the Help and Support page and the report control attached to the relevant order, listing, auction, post, or conversation. Include the related record ID, but do not publish sensitive credentials.
